At Sunshine Brewing we require any purchaser or acceptor of alcohol purchased to confirm they are aged 18 years or older. It is against the law to sell, supply or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. The customer also warrants that he/she is not under the influence of alcohol at the time the order is submitted.
Sunshine Brewing Limited is the holder of Liquor Licence 27/OFF/827/2014 which can be viewed here.
WARNING: Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty up to $10,000). Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine up to $2,000 who, being under the age of 18 years, purchases any liquor on or from any licensed premises.
PERSONAL INFORMATION – PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information is collected when you purchase from our site or sign up to our email list. It will be used by Stripe to process payment for your order and Sunshine Brewery to stay in touch. If you would like to resign from our mailing list, please use the unsubscribe button on your email. Information is not collected if you are browsing our website. We do not sell or trade these details to any third party. If a third party is involved in the operating of our website, they agree to keep your information confidential. To use our site you must be over 18 so no information is collected from minors. Please note our website uses cookies to enhance your user experience. If you do not want to accept cookies please use your browsers “tools” or “preferences” menu. If you have a complaint, please contact us through the contact button.
ONLINE STORE
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Payment is via Stripe who accept Credit and Debit cards. Vouchers can not be used for online store purchases. You may have received a promotional coupon which can be used on the website. Please refer to the coupon for its value.
AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to keep our online store as up to date as possible however sometimes errors do occur and there may be availability or price discrepancies- we reserve the right to make changes without notice.
SHIPPING
All freight charges will be calculated at the checkout.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be shipped on a Monday. Please note due to Cyclone Gabrielle there are shipping delays that are out of our control. Please allow an extra 2 days for delivery.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
BEER – is a consumable product so we can only accept returns/exchanges on faulty, damaged or incorrect products. Please take a photo and get in touch with us ASAP if there has been a problem.
MERCHANDISE – can be exchanged at your own cost within 7 days unless the item is incorrect or damaged in which case we will pay the freight. Please get in touch ASAP if there is an issue.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
By signing up to one of our subscriptions you agree to our Terms of Service. Your credit card will automatically be charged and products delivered as per the terms of your chosen subscription. The length of your subscription is up to you – you can cancel at any time using the cancel button on your account. Any problems please get in touch.
