NEW RELEASE – Full Barrel Ale 440ml

Full Barrel Ale was brewed as a collaboration with Pōkeno Whisky. This higher-octane 7% Scottish Export Ale was aged in ex-Pōkeno barrels for 7 months and rested in stainless for another 3. The barrels were sent back to Pōkeno to have one of their whisky’s aged and impart the flavours of the beer. The beer shows aromatics of cinnamon, brown sugar and Boerenjongens (Dutch brandied raisins) mixed with the esters of whisky. Whilst the flavours of vanilla, caramel and butterscotch enjoy a soft warming heat on the palate. Drink this beer now, cellar for a special occasion, or maybe enjoy as a boiler maker with the co-lab whisky.
