Tamarind Biére de Garde

Our newest Farmhouse Ale using a classic blonde grist with tamarind additions.  If you don’t know about this versatile leguminous fruit, you surely know the products it is most used in.  Think pad thai, massaman curry, Worcestershire Sauce, HP Sauce…  It provides a balanced flavour of tart and umani, blending perfectly with the rich sweet malts and earthy bitterness from Fuggle hops and the fruit profile expressed by French Ale yeast.
